This summer, I am not only doing a variety of activities to help stimulate my kiddos’ brains, but I am also increasing my own through exercise, crosswords, and a snack with ingredients known to increase sharpness and focus called ZonePerfect® Revitalize for Mental Focus.

WHILE DOING THE CROSSWORD-
It has been a couple years since I really did the crossword puzzle so I need all the mental focus I can get. Plus if I am sitting down, this means the kiddos are having down time for summer reading, a nap, or playing a video game. This is an excellent opportunity to slip in a bottle of water and a Strawberry Shortcake ZonePerfect Revitalize bar.
TAKING THE KIDS TO PRACTICE AND ERRANDS-
Just because it is summer time doesn’t mean my children are in less need of activities. We have definitely taken time off but are still keeping up their skills in piano and tumbling.
Plus I still need to feed these guys, so that means trips to the grocery store and farmers market. 3 kids in a store, need I say more? I will definitely want a snack to keep me going until we get back home.
AFTER THE GYM-
I am not only going to the gym to workout, but I am also hanging out and chatting with a buddy of mine. Because we are both Stay at Home Moms, we have been exercising before our husbands head off to work and getting in at least an hour.

MUSEUMS-
We just renewed our annual membership to a local kid’s museum for another year. This means that we will not only be visiting that location, but I will also be taking advantage of the reciprocal agreement and checking out local aquariums and other museums.
This bar came in handy as we headed back home from a location this past week that was about an hour away from our home. I needed that extra snack to get the kiddos situated as I set up their dinner.
AT A THEME PARK-
To keep focused and to maintain energy recently, I snacked on a ZonePerfect Revitalize bar while we waited in a line at a ride. This held me over through a couple more adventures and as we waited at a restaurant.
