I am a busy mom who needs clothing that fits an on the go lifestyle. My outfits should be comfortable and easy to accessorize.
Thanks to Kohl’s, I was sent a Gift Card to shop their Fall Collection and to find items to help me dress for comfort and style. As you can tell, I am actually wearing the clothing, and all opinions expressed are that of my own.
When shopping for new clothes, I look for items that will be functional but look like I dressed for the occasion. I also want a good value.
While shopping at Kohl’s for Fall clothing, I found all these qualities.
The Lauren Conrad Shirt I am wearing, is a thin sweat shirt material embellished with lace.
It looks great with jeans and Apt 9 Boots, but could easily be worn over the Daisy Fuentes Black Fit and Flare Dress (below) or even with a pair of dress pants.
I picked up the Daisy Fuentes Dress for the purpose of networking events however, it would also be great for church, or a dressed up with metallic sandals for a night out. I bought a pair of Apt 9 Bead Cluster Drop Earrings to go with it as well.
I am really liking this dress since it is made with stretchy material, and it hides some imperfections around the middle of my body.
I think Moms want to be stylish, but we also need items that can move with us as we are heading up at school, running errands, and watching soccer practice.
For hanging out with kids I found this comfortable Floral Sweat Top from Apt 9. It has 3 quarter length sleeves making it easier to move around in and cooler for the lighter seasons here in Florida. I like the way it looks with capris.
To top off my shopping trip, I decided to look for a new handbag. I went for this Eric Flap Crossbody Bag in the Relic Collection.
A good purse with plenty of compartments is a must, and I was able to fit my wallet, makeup, phone, and other misc items. I also love the pewter color.
