Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe

If you are looking for a great side for fish, hamburgers, or pulled pork, check out this Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe I created. It tastes great, and it looks pretty as well.

Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe!

This dish is really simple to make, and all you need is the following ingredients:

2 Cups of Shredded Red Cabbage AKA Purple

4 tbsp of Crushed Pineapple

2 tbsp of Shredded Carrots

1/8 tsp of Garlic Powder

4 tbsp of Mayo

Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe!

Simply shred your cabbage and carrots and add in all the rest of the ingredients. Combine, Chill, and Serve.

Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe!

This recipe serves around 6 and I paired this batch with Breaded Fish and Zucchini Noodles. All the colors really popped off the plate.

Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe!

This slaw has a sweetness to it and it is delicious, I think it is a keeper.

Do you make anything similar?  If so, do you add any additional ingredients?

If you try this recipe out, let me know what you think.

Can't say that I've ever added pineapple to coleslaw before but I guess it makes sense. We've been eating a lot more cabbage lately and one of my daughters actually ordered coleslaw instead of fries at a restaurant yesterday.
