The following is a sponsored post on behalf of Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic and Moms Meet. Opinions expressed are that of my own.

Long story short, my gut and I have had a stressful relationship. Between having bouts of either bloating due to a super slow bowel or the exact opposite, I just have never had a good routine.
Because I have been diagnosed with IBS and Crohn’s Disease, I am very aware of my gut health. Of course I am mindful of what I eat, I drink plenty of fluids, rest, try to limit my alcohol and caffeine and I am even taking a biologic medication. Thankfully I have gotten my Crohn’s issues under control, but I still have moments of IBS where my belly isn’t quite right.
Plus since I can remember I have had the loudest digestive noises, that are even embarrassing at times.

With everything that has happened, I just think that my gut needs a little reset. This where taking Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic Probiotics came into to play.
Ironically, when Moms Meet reached out to me about testing and reviewing this product, I was more interested in how it could help boost my immune system. With the pandemic still looming, cold and flu season, as well as allergies, I was happy to add in a good defense.
I have eaten fermented foods like yogurt or taken probiotics in the past, and Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic sounded tasty with its Fruit Smoothie flavor. I never anticipated that it would make such an immediate change to how my belly was feeling.

As I started taking the probiotics I was reading more about this new product and thought it was interesting that it contained some of the same Probiotics you would get from your Mom from birth or breastfeeding. This included Bifidobacterium Infantis.
As we age our gut microbiotic changes and important bacteria like Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus decline. They are both known to maintain gut health, immunity, and healthy inflammation. Source: Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic.*
Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic are designed to maintain good colon health, relive occasional digestive discomfort, and restore and balance beneficial bacteria. It is called Synbiotic because it contains both probiotics and prebiotics. *

Probiotic stains included in this formula are the Friendly Trio Plus with L. gasseri, B. bifidum, B. longum as well as B. infantis, B. breve, L. rhamnosus, and B. lactis. FYI, this product is also NON GMO, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free and has a 25 day supply.
My experience with Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic:
I would say it took about 3 days to notice an improvement, but I am seeing a better bathroom routine and my stomach noises have substantially quieted down.
Look for this product at local natural health food stores and online at Amazon, iherb, and Vitacost for the suggested retail price of $43.99. To learn more about Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic visit probiotics.com.

Now time will only tell if this product has had an effect on my immunity, but so far so good. Because of how my gut is reacting, I feel like Kyo-Dophilus Pro+ Synbiotic probiotics are really making a difference in how I feel overall.
