Berries and Honey Yogurt Parfait Recipe! Plus, Celebrating National Breakfast Month With A Driscoll’s Berries Giveaway!

The following is a sponsored post on behalf of Driscoll’s Berries, opinions expressed are that of my own.

Berries and Honey Yogurt Parfait Recipe

September is National Breakfast Month and Driscoll’s Berries sent me coupons to pick up fruit so I could brighten up my kids meals!

When I shop for berries, Driscoll’s is a brand that I look for, and I stock up when they go buy one get one free at my local Publix, and at The Fresh Market. I used these coupons to pick up raspberries and strawberries and incorporated them into recipes that I already create in the morning, plus I also put together a new breakfast parfait.

Driscoll's Berries

To get started, one morning I complimented pancakes with the berries and made a snowman.

Another day, I made a sunflower french toast with Driscoll’s Strawberries. (Or a sun, it depends on which child you ask.)

Finally I created a Berries and Honey Yogurt Parfait. By the way, this would be great anytime of the day.

Driscoll's Berries Recipe

To make the recipe, simply mix 6 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 3 tablespoons of honey. FYI, I cut the strawberries into thirds.

Fill the parfait glass halfway or 2/3 up with the yogurt mixture, and then add your favorite berries. Top this with more yogurt mixture, and then finish with more berries. EASY!

All of these breakfast dishes are simple to make, they look pretty, and my kids gobbled them up! For another breakfast idea check out the Berry Breakfast Pizza Recipe from Driscolls.
