The qualities that I admire most about Belle in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST is courage as well as her wisdom beyond her years.
She is such a good role model, and I know that this attitude was encouraged by her interest in reading. I definitely want my own children to have that same kind of attitude towards books.
I bet Belle probably had a drawer full of bookmarks ready to save the pages of her favorite reads. Because of this, I was inspired to create an Enchanted Rose Printable Bookmark for Beauty and The Beast.
What you will need to make an Enchanted Rose Printable Bookmark for Beauty and The Beast:
-White Card Stock Paper, printer size
-Yellow Yarn
-Scissors
-Ruler
-Whole Punch
Directions:
To make your very own Enchanted Rose Bookmark, first download and print your family’s bookmarks here: Enchanted Rose Printable Bookmark for Beauty and The Beast on the 8×10 option.
Then cut out the bookmarks (Tip: You could use a laminator or laminator sheets to preserve your bookmark.)
Next, measure and cut out 14 inches of yarn for each bookmark. Then loop and tie off at the top.
Next, use the whole punch on the top circle and then loop your yarn through.
Optional: Fray the top of your yarn.
The bookmark for Beauty and The Beast is then ready to be used, and having multiple of these would be perfect for an avid reader or to encourage an accelerated reader goal.
Plus, these would be a perfect favor for a Disney Princess Themed Birthday Party.
