I’m sure it is no surprise that my kids love Littlest Pet Shop. You can definitely tell by my daughter’s reaction when she received a toy in the mail from Hasbro.
This enthusiasm carries on over to the show as well, and thanks to Shout Factory we received a newly released DVD called Littlest Pet Shop: Passport to Fashion to watch and review.
The Littlest Pet Shop series centers around a main character named Blythe Baxter, and her best friends Zoe the spaniel, Pepper the skunk, Sunil the mongoose, Vinnie the gecko, Russell the hedgehog, Penny the panda, and Minka the monkey. The most interesting part is Blythe can talk to her pets and they can talk back setting the stage for all types of animal mischief to occur.
The Littlest Pet Shop: Passport to Fashion DVD’s theme is about international travel and fashion. It contains 5 episodes including To Paris With Zoe, Shanghai Hi-Jinks, Plane It On Rio!, The Expo Factor-Part 1, and The Expo Factor-Part 2.
In this DVD there are vibrant costumes in Rio, a family reunion in Shanghai, and a Mime in Paris. As usual, each show has a funny story line along with music and singing.
Littlest Pet Shop: Passport to Fashion runs for 110 minutes, is TV Y, and retails for $14.93.
