October 10, 2013 Carlee at Fun Learning Life 142 Comments

Frugal and Fun Mom was provided a Halloween Pirate’s Booty Multipack set to facilitate this post. The opinions expressed are that of my own.

Pirates Booty Bag

Looking for something different to give out this Halloween? How about Pirate’s Booty aged white cheddar snacks!

Parents wanting candy alternatives can swap in Pirate’s Booty, an all-natural snack with only 65-calorie per bag. It is gluten, peanut and tree-nut free, and safe for trick-or-treaters or classmates with these common food allergies.  In addition, Pirate’s Booty is made without trans-fats and has zero grams of sugar.

Target_Halloween2013 Pirates Booty

I displayed our Pirate’s Booty in a Halloween bowl however you don’t even need this. Since the 20 count box comes in its own festive Halloween packaging,  just open and start handing out your “Halloween Loot!”. Halloween 20-packs of Pirate’s Booty are available through October at Target and Super Target stores across the county!

Halloween Pirates Booty

We have been fans of this product for a while, and my son loves it when I put a pack in his lunch.  Check out my previous review Pirate’s Booty Limited Edition Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

Do you normally look for alternatives to candy for Halloween?  If so, what do you substitute in the place of it?

To find out more about Pirate’s Booty visit their website at piratebrands.com.  You can also check them out on Facebook at facebook.com/piratesbooty and follow Pirate’s Booty on Twitter at @piratesbooty.

I give out pencils as well as candy, which is not always a big hit, but as a teacher I know the kids need them!

Unfortunately, I'm more likely to go for the bag of assorted Hershey candy than something healthy.

We honestly do candy every year, but I do try to buy chocolate. Somehow that seems a better alternative than straight sugar treats, such as gummies or sour patch kids. ;)
