I just wanted to put up a quick weight loss and exercise update. Time has really gotten away from me, and I intended to post this more often, but with 3 kids things get a little crazy at times.
I made it under 140 and my clothes are fitting A LOT better. However, I have not made it to the gym as often as I would like. Between cleaning house, cooking, and my kids extracurricular activities, I have been keeping busy. Enough with the excuses though, I will try to do better, but I won’t make any promises!
Obviously I’m not doing too bad, I have been limiting my portions, and must be burning some calories with all the running around I do.
