I tried this service out, and it is really easy to use!

Simply head to the Alamo Deal Retriever, put in your location, the dates you will need the car, and hit “Search Deals“. It then retrieves the offers for you.

    I did a search for a weekend rental in our area as our vehicle is not very dependable at 13 years old and we might want to rent a van for comfort and safety if we do a weekend just a couple hours away for Spring Break this year. It went to a screen and showed me the specials and then saved my date when I went back. Wow, what a difference when we were doing searches last year for an out of town trip. I spent HOURS each night flipping back and forth on screens for the best deals. Awesome!

    I think the new tool is great. It is so time consuming to have to search for deals using endless scenarios for the best outcome. This way they do the work for you.

    I like that it makes the user feel like they're not missing out on anything. Many times after you pay for a particular service you find out later that you could have gotten a better deal. The Alamo Deal Retriever doesn't make you feel like your missing anything.

    I love that the Deal Retriever gives the option of designating your travel dates as flexible, and then offers a variety of deals that could apply to different times of the month of travel. Very useful!
