6 Ingredient Chili With Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies! #Recipe

Wanting an easy recipe for Chili with Del Monte Tomatoes?

Thanks to Del Monte, I was sent a Gift Pack with Southwestern-Style Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes so that I could try out the product in Game Day type recipes.  One of the dishes I prepared was a Chili with Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies.

This is what I needed to prepare the dish:

1 lb of Lean Ground Beef

1 Can of Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies

1 Can of Del Monte Tomato Sauce 8 oz

1 Can of Dark Red Kidney Beans 15.5 oz

1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp of Salt

Directions:

First brown the ground beef until completely cooked through. While browning the meat, combine the tomatoes, sauce, beans, garlic, and salt in a large pot and put it on Medium Heat.  Add the cooked beef to this mixture and combine.  Turn the heat down to a medium/ low setting and let simmer for at least 30 minutes stirring occasionally until you are ready to serve.

This fed four of us, and it was so popular, that there were no left overs.
