Well it may not be a ton of vegetables , but I think for our first and only cucumber, it grew to be a pretty good size. And, the fact that the kids and I grew it together made this cucumber even more special.
Hopefully we will get something out of our tomato and pepper plants grown from the seeds of leftover vegetables, I’ll post more pictures if I happen to get anymore.
The bugs keep eating up my cucumber plants, so I am trying a dish soap pest deterrent to see if I can nurse them back to health. Regardless, we enjoyed this cucumber on our salad last week and to our surprise, it tasted just like a cucumber.
