Granola Gourmet was created by a Jeff Cohen, a Diabetic, and his family. Jeff wanted to create a product that was healthy, tasty and filling that could meet the needs of diabetics, as well as athletes and health conscious consumers.
The Ultimate Energy Bars are 100% Natural, contain No Wheat, Dairy, or Refined Sugar. They are Kosher and Vegan, and contain very Low Sodium (15-35mg), 10-13g Whole Grains, and 391-590mg Omega-3’s. Source Granola Gourmet
The bars are comprised of organic oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, among other 100% natural ingredients.
The flavors my family and I tried, were the Ultimate Berry, Ultimate Cran-Orange, Ultimate Mocha Fudge, Ultimate Fudge Brownie.
My kids loved all the flavors. However, my favorite was the Ultimate Fudge Brownie, and this totally makes sense, considering the fact that I am a chocolate lover.
