I was provided samples of Gutsy Chewy Supplements to facilitate this post and watched a webinar for additional information about the product. Opinions expressed are that of my own.

Do you ever suffer from Acid Reflux or Gut Bloat? Personally I tend to get the bloated feeling after eating certain foods (especially bread) and I am left with an uneasy feeling until it digests.

Recently, I was introduced to an All Natural product called Gutsy Chewy Supplements that in my opinion, has helped ease some of this discomfort.

Gutsy Chews Packaging

Gutsy Chewy is a digestive supplement that was invented by a gastroenterologist and dentist Dr. Doug Haghighi. The product is all-natural, free of gluten and lactose, vegan friendly and made in the U.S.A. It contains apple cider vinegar, licorice extract, papaya extract, and xylitol.

These chews are made with natural remedies, and are intended to alleviate certain digestive discomforts. After taking one, they typically work after about 15 minutes.

In addition, they are a source of calcium and magnesium, and offer an oral benefit since the xylitol decreases tooth decay naturally.

Gutsy Chewy Supplements are for individuals 18 years and up and should be taken as needed no more than 2 times a day. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding moms.* They are available in 2 flavors, Wildberry and Citrus, and each package contains 8 scoured tablets that can easily be split.

Gutsy Chews Upclose

I have tried both flavors and they taste great.  Fortunately I have not suffered with any Acid Reflux, but after some stomach upset, I have taken a tablet and noticed it working at around 10 minutes. I like that this is an alternative to typical “over the counter” treatments, and that the chews contain natural ingredients.

Do you ever suffer from Acid Reflux or Occasional Stomach Bloat? Have you ever tried an all natural remedy to treat these problems?

I wonder why they don't recommend them for Pregnant or nursing moms. Those are the times when I get heartburn the most and need something. The wild berry sounds really good though!

OMGosh I'll have to share these with my sister-in-law. My poor little niece gets so sick to her stomach when she even eats food that is cross contaminated with gluten containing items.

I often suffer from Acid Reflux. I will check my local shops for Gutsy Chewy the next time I am there. I like that they are all natural and work quickly.

I've been suffering more and more with stomach issues and bloating after I eat certain foods, too, and I must say it's incredibly uncomfortable! I know my mom has bloating issues, too, and we're always looking for natural treatments to help so I'm definitely going to have to pass this product on to her :) Thanks for sharing!

No reflux here thankfully. The only time I had heartburn with any regularity was when I was pregnan.

Greetings -- Margaret with Gutsy Products here. Thanks, Carlee, for giving Gutsy Chewy a try! Glad to know they helped calm your upset stomach. I want to clarify one thing related to Gutsy Chewy and pregnancy. It's not that we don't recommend it for expectant moms. Rather, we simply urge moms-to-be run Gutsy Chewy -- and all OTHER supplements and medications, for that matter -- by your obstetrician first. We don't expect any objections from physicians, frankly... it's just always a wise idea to talk with your doctor first. Thanks again for giving Gutsy Chewy a try!, and for helping us spread the word!

Thanks for the clarification Margaret! During the webinar it appeared as though it was not recommended. If you refer to the * on the post it does have what you said stated as well. :)
