Thanks to Nuby, I was sent a Nuby Fish Swoosh Bath Toy to review here on Frugal and Fun Mom with my children.
Normally I would just put this in the tub for my little guy and my 5-year-old, but I thought it was about time to let my oldest who is 7 get a chance to play with a Nuby Toy. It just goes to show how Nuby products can grow with your children.
The Nuby Fish Swoosh is a bath toy intended for children 18 months and up, that suctions to the tub or tile wall. It comes with a net that cinches at the bottom along with 3 balls meant for shooting hoops. Once playtime is over the net can also be used as storage.
This toy is great for hand-eye coordination because the child has to grip the balls along with aiming at the net. In addition, the fish faced balls can be used to squirt water. FYI, young children should be seated in the tub when playing with this toy.
My oldest has been enjoying the Nuby Fish Swoosh while he takes a shower. I can hear him tossing the fish at the net. I’m not sure if I will be able to get him to share this with his younger siblings and might have to wait a while before I can get him to pass it down.
It is recommended that children should not walk or run with the squirters. Although my son plays with this in the shower, I did this based on his maturity and at my discretion. Shower use may not be suitable for all children.

One of the upsides of this toy is my son wants to take longer showers. The only downside is, he wants to take longer showers. I am just glad he is enjoying it. 🙂
