The following is a sponsored post on behalf of Kohl’s Cares, I was provided samples of merchandise. Opinions expressed are that of my own.
This holiday season you can make a difference in a child’s life while gifting family and friends adorable stuffed toys, books, and more.
Now through the end of December, Kohl’s is offering the Peanuts Collection to benefit the Kohl’s Cares philanthropic program. Look in stores for a display with Peanuts Plush figures including Snoopy and Charlie Brown, along with Peanut’s Gang books, and a puzzle. Each costs $5 and 100% of Net Profits from these sales go to Children’s Health and Education initiatives nationwide.
The box I received included a Plush Snoopy and 2 books. The books were A Charlie Brown Christmas and Be Yourself. My daughter immediately claimed Snoopy since she loves stuffed animals. I don’t blame her though, he is really soft.
My oldest wanted the books. He actually admitted that he had seen these on a recent trip to Kohl’s with grandparents, and wished that he had them. It looks like his wish came true.
I read these books to the kids and A Charlie Brown Christmas definitely takes me back to my youth. As for the Be Yourself, it is a fun children’s book with motivational phrases, and features throw back scenes to classic Peanuts Gang stories.
Does your family enjoy Peanuts? If so, who is their favorite character, and what is their favorite story?
Kohl’s has raised more than $231 million for children’s initiatives nationwide through its Kohl’s Cares cause merchandise program. For more information, visit kohlscares.com.
