So, I made a New Year’s Resolution to get back to the gym.
My goal was to at least get there once in January and on Friday, I actually made it. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and cooled down on the elliptical for 7 minutes.
I’m not really concerned about the weight, although I want to lose around 5-10 more pounds. I am however worried about the health aspect, since I have a history of diabetes and heart disease in my family. Also, it would be nice if I could tone up (I don’t like the way my arms look) and fit back into a size 6-8 pair of jeans.
Once my little guy gets mobile, I’m sure I’ll burn a few more calories since I am nursing, and will be having to chase the little guy down.
So just to keep myself on track, I am going to list my measurements to start and I will update now and again as I go along.
Size Jeans – 10 (a little more snug than I would like)
Weight – 140.5
Height – 5’5
