Sausage, Asparagus, and Yellow Rice Recipe Upclose

I absolutely love Asparagus, but hubby and the kiddos not so much. I bought some on sale at Publix along with some Turkey Polska Kielbasa and thought I would try serving these together to make a Sausage, Asparagus, and Yellow Rice Recipe.

It turned out to be a success, and this is how I did it.

Sausage, Asparagus, and Yellow Rice

What you need for the Sausage, Asparagus, and Yellow Rice Recipe:

1 Package of Polska Kielbasa

1 Package of Fresh Asparagus

1 Cup of White Rice (before it is prepared)

1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

1 tbsp of Olive Oil

1/2 tsp of Turmeric

1/4 tsp of Black Pepper

1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder

Yum! I pinned this recipe a day or two ago so I wouldn't forget it, just made it tonight! I cooked my rice with veggie stock instead of the bullion, but other than that, followed your exact recipe and it was great! We both liked it a lot, and how easy to make!! This will be appearing in my kitchen again for sure. Thanks for a great recipe! :)

I'm trying this tonight. I had some left over asparagus that I had frozen for later use. Then I had some left over chorizo as well as some true yellow rice left over. So I specifically was looking for a recipe that would include all 3 and VOILA!! Thank you for sharing.

I made this for my family. They loved it. I doubled the recipe and added sauteed onions. I sauteed in butter instead of oil.
