What is great about this Cookbook is it incoporates vegetables into meals.  Children, especially my children, can be picky eaters,  and anytime I have an opportunity to sneak in some extra vegetables to a dish I seeze it.The other thing I like about this book is all the pictures of the dishes.  I am a cook that likes to see what it is I am preparing along with the recipe.  My daughter enjoyed the pictures so much, that she picked up and started reading it like it was one of her children’s books. She kept pointing out the various pastas saying “We eat that!”.

I look forward to preparing these dishes with my kids and using these recipes as inspiration in dishes that I already make.
