Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer Review and Giveaway! A Quick, Easy, and Accurate Way To Take Your Child’s Temperature.

disclosure-for-site

August 7, 2012 Carlee at Fun Learning Life 29 Comments

Thanks to Exergen, I was sent a Temporal Artery Thermometer to review here on Frugal and Fun Mom.

With the school season and flu season just around the corner, there is a high probability that someone is going to get sick in my household. Taking my kids temperature can sometimes be difficult regardless of where I have to take it because they don’t want to sit still.  With the Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer, it literally takes the temperature within a matter of 2 seconds.

In order to use the Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer, simply take off the cap, push the button, and while it is beeping, swipe it across the top of your child’s forehead. It is really that easy.

I had fun not only trying it out on my kids, hubby, but also myself.  No one fussed, and the kids thought it was pretty neat. What I think is awesome about this product, is it uses an infrared sensor, it can be used while your child is sleeping, and it automatically shuts off after 30 seconds (it comes with a 9-volt battery to start with, so that will help stretch it further).

The Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer retails for $50 or less and can be found at retailers like Wal-Mart, Babies R Us, Walgreens, and more.

To learn more about this product or to find a retailer near you visit exergen.com. and, don’t forget to check them out on Facebook at facebook.com/Exergen.Corporation and Twitter at @Exergen

Probably Walgreen's if I had some Register Rewards I could use, otherwise Walmart because they usually have things just a few dollars cheaper.
