Now that I have a 13 year old, almost 11 year old and a 7 year old, Halloween is really starting to take on a different feel.
Being that all 3 of them are old enough now to enjoy the humor of what I consider film classics, this year we are starting to watch some really fun Halloween movies.
Since The Addams Family Blu-ray is something that was appropriate for all 3 of them to watch, we enjoyed checking out this film as a family.
Plus, we got to play around with some fun dress up items to really get into the Halloween spirit.
Now I have to admit that I couldn’t convince anyone to dress up as Fester with the bald cap, but I did manage to get 2 of my kiddos to be Gomez.
My daughter also did her own rendition of a female Cousin It. I expect that we will be putting on that red nail polish and lip stick for a Trunk or Treat.
We had a lot of fun with watching the Addams Family Blu-ray and now my kiddos have a new classic movie to add to their collection.
Since we own the The Addams Family/Addams Family Values 2 Movie Collection, once the kiddos get a little older we can eventually watch the ADDAMS FAMILY VALUES together, I would say it is definitely a solid PG- 13 based on the content.
