Rainbow Waffles Recipe

Are you looking for an easy breakfast for kids to wake up to in the morning?

These Rainbow Waffles are definitely a great way to do it. Plus since they are so simple to prepare, you can either make them fresh or make them the night before and freeze for the toaster.

Now the secret ingredient that makes this breakfast so special is FRUITY PEBBLES!

I actually needed to stock up on a few items, so I visited my neighborhood Walmart and purchased Coconut Oil, Flour, Vanilla, and also headed to the cereal aisle.

In addition, my family (especially Hubby) happens to be fan of COCOA PEBBLES, so I also grabbed a box for his weekday breakfasts.

FYI, be sure to print a $1.00 off Coupon for 2 PEBBLES Cereal to save on your next shopping trip.

Now you can easily try your own favorite Waffle Recipe and add PEBBLES to the top , or you can use the ingredients below.

FYI, my combination creates a fluffy consistency that is meant to be finger food and does not need syrup.

Directions:

Preheat your waffle maker. Then, beat the eggs and then combine all the ingredients with a spoon, except the FRUITY PEBBLES.

On each waffle pour 1/4 cup of FRUITY PEBBLES and lightly spread and pat into the mix with the back of the measuring cup. Then lower the Waffle Iron and cook until complete. You then have colorful Rainbow Waffles that are so simple to make.

Tip: To mix it up, substitute in COCOA PEBBLES for a Chocolate Surprise Waffle.
