Date Night and $19.95 Seafood Risottos at BRIO Tuscan Grille! Plus $50 Gift Card Giveaway! #MyBrio

disclosure-for-site

February 19, 2016 Carlee at Fun Learning Life 74 Comments

Thanks to Brio Tuscan Grille, my husband and I were invited for a Media Dine to Taste Test a “Tale of Two Risottos” which included Cold Water Maine lobster and Sautéed Shrimp Dish, and a Seared Sea Scallops and a Roasted Vegetable Ratatouille Dish.

BRIO Tuscan Grille $19.95 Tale of Two Risottos

Both of these Seafood Risottos are finished with fresh basil and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and are available for a limited time at $19.95.

Of course we just didn’t try an entree during the visit, and our dinner began with a friendly greeting, gorgeous atmosphere, and some wine samplings.

BRIO Tuscan Grille Flax Seed Crackers and Sour Dough Bread

Our helpful and informative server for the evening was Jordan and she started us off with Brio Tuscan Grille freshly made bread options.

These included Flax Seed Crackers as well as Sough Dough Bread. Both had an excellent flavor.

 BRIO Tuscan Grille Calamari

Then it was onto the appetizer. We decided to go with a seafood option and made a great choice in the Calamari.

It not only came with a cream and marinara sauce, but there was also breaded Pepperoncini intermingled with the Calamari pieces.

Then it was time for the main event, our Brio “Tale of Two Risottos”. Let me just say that there was no sharing between hubby and me.

He had been eyeing that Lobster on the menu and when it came out, he let me have a microscopic taste. I don’t blame him though, it was good.

As for mine, the Seared Sea Scallops were huge and I enjoyed the texture of the Ratatouille and the Risotto.

I made an excellent pick as well and nearly cleared my plate. However, I did decide to save some room for something sweet and also wanted take a home a few of those impressive Scallops to show my Mother In Law (It is her favorite pick of Seafood).

BRIO Tuscan Grille Sea Scallops & Ratatouille Risotto

The grand finale was looking at the dessert platter, and honestly it wasn’t too hard to choose a treat. My husband LOVES Cheesecake and I am a big fan of Key Lime.

We were not disappointed in our picks and we did not leave any leftovers.

BRIO Tuscan Grille New York Style Cheesecake

To sum up our dining experience, I was impressed by the level of service, the quickness of the staff, and the flavor of the food.

The atmosphere was a relaxing spot for a date night and for the taste and price, I think a “Tale of Two Risottos” is an awesome value.

Have you ever visited a Brio Tuscan Grille? What is your favorite dish there or any Italian Dish?
