The simple act of clipping Labels for Education UPC’s has truly made an impact on our school.
I happen to be the Labels for Education Coordinator for our children’s school, and January is the month that I start rounding up the collections. As I pulled the various donations together and picked up another drop off, I was really moved by the amazing turn out that is coming from the parents, church parishes, and the community.
Labels for Education is definitely saving our school money!
I have been really impressed by this program, and in 2013 our school redeemed points for much-needed sports equipment. The items were completely FREE to the school and the shipping was also paid for. This has truly been a blessing, and I hope by sharing my experience, it encourages others to participate and help out local schools as well.
Do you currently clip Labels for Education? Do you donate them to your child’s, grand child’s, or area’s school(s)?
Want to know how can you help and contribute to local schools? Just look for specially marked products carrying the special Labels for Education UPC and clip them. Visit Labels for Education Participating Products to see which brands carry the label.
In addition, this month Labels for Education is running a special offer where each school can earn an additional 2500 points. There is also a Book Bonanza running where schools can earn free Scholastic Books. Visit Labels for Education Bonus Offers to see what other bonus offers are currently available.
Even if you are not associated with a particular school you can still donate. Simply turn your labels into the nearest school office. I’m sure the educators would appreciate it.

I can’t wait to see which items we choose for our school in 2014!
