Have any left over Boiled eggs? Don’t let them go to waste, turn them into an Egg Salad with a Creole Twist!
I had three of these beautiful eggs left over, so this is how I made the Egg Salad With a Creole Twist Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped into small pieces
3/4 tsp of Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning
2 heaping tsps of Mayonnaise
Take all 3 ingredients and combine in a bowl! Serve either on bread with lettuce or along side celery and crackers! Serves 3.
It is yummy, and my daughter ate it as well!
