My son scored his first goal at this past Saturday’s Soccer Game. So in celebration, he got to choose a Victory Dinner. He choose Breakfast!
We went out to Walmart and picked up a couple of the ingredients we were missing including Milk, Bacon, and Apples, and Sunday night, I made his dinner.
I made an Apples and Dried Cranberries Salad. I added a little lemon juice so the apples would not turn.
Plus, I made my famous Whole Wheat Pancakes (CLICK HERE–> Whole Wheat Waffle Pancake Recipe for details).
Since it is a little cooler out, I also let him have a cup of Hot Chocolate with dinner. Needless to say, he really enjoyed it and I think he was pretty proud of himself.
I told him, next week he will have to score 2 goals. He was like “What?!? Oh Moma”
