Well I have to say, that it was nice not to have to cook very much over the past couple days. Now that I have said it, I think I am over turkey for a while, and ready to get back into a normal routine of eating.

Monday: Pizza Night! Tombstone Pizza with a salad and carrots for the kids
Tuesday: Baked Chicken with Italian Herbs topped with Diced Tomatoes, Steamed Veggies, and Pasta
Wednesday: Salisbury Streak over Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Veggies
Thursday: Tilapia topped with Parmesan with Spinach Rice and Steamed Veggies
Friday: Eating Out at Subway
Saturday: Taco Night
Sunday: Roast with Potatoes and Carrots
