Recently Publix ran a sale where Athenos Feta Cheese was Buy One Get One and Athenos had a Facebook Coupon for Buy One Get One as well. Athenos Facebook Coupon
That meant FREE FREE.
Well one of my friends asked me today what kind of dishes I would use Feta in, so I thought I would share with you what I use the Feta in and maybe you all would like to share your ideas as well.
Here are some dishes I use Feta Cheese in:
I put Feta on a salad.
Make couscous and add Feta to that along with olives, italian dressing, tomatoes, and chill before serving.
Get a baget, slice it, and put Feta and tomatoes on it.
Broil sliced tomatoes topped with Feta.
So what ideas do you have? Would love to hear about them.
At Home Moma

** I read through some of the reviews and alot of them recommend omitting some (or all) of the salt because the Feta is so salty. **
