A special thank you goes out to Tryazon and Truly Grass Fed for sending me free product coupons and goodies to host a Virtual Holiday Party. Opinions Expressed are that of my own.

It is the holiday season and this year may be looking a bit different for your family, however we can still have fun making goodies at home.
Recently I was selected to host a Tryazon Party but with Social Distancing still in effect, I decided to host a Virtual Party to share details and a holiday recipe for the Brand Truly Grass Fed.

Now like most situations, I have an expectation of how things are going to go but I had to make some adjustments as I went along.
In advance, I went ahead and texted my friends to invite them. Once I got some interest I prepared goody bags for my attendees and made special deliveries around town.

This way they also had time to pick up product of their own to bake with as well as some surprise holiday cheer.

In addition, I took a trip to the grocery store to get supplies and Truly Grass Fed Butter for my recipes.
I then sent out a ZOOM link to everyone the day of , along with a plan to demonstrate the sugar cookies recipe in the goody bag as well as my sister in laws Peanut Butter Balls Dessert Recipe.

Well the weather happened to be bad so my house was really dark making it difficult to actually show how to create the recipe.
So instead I showed them the sugar cookies we made and we kept our party short. We also shared some of our favorite holiday traditions.

It was nice to see everyone and we chatted about the Irish origins of Truly Grass Fed products and how their cows graze freely allowing for a 95% Grass Fed Diet.
Plus this really worked out because I ended up taking photos of a couple recipes I made and emailed the instructions along with Truly Grass Fed recipes to my friends.

I had also been experimenting with a Peanut Butter Cookies hack and showed them how to do that as well.
So now that I have written up the recipe and sent over the photos, I am now going to pass on this dessert to you as well.

Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
Makes approximately 2 Dozen
Ingredients:
1 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cup of Confectioners Sugar AKA Powdered Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
3 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
3 to 4 Tablespoons of Water
1/4 to a 1/2 Pack of Honey Graham Crackers

Directions:
First, layer a cookie sheet or container with parchment paper.
Next, place graham crackers into a plastic zipper bag and completely crush to crumbs (you can also use a food processor).
Start with 1/4 of the box and make more if needed. Put the crumbs into a bowl with a fork. Then combine the Peanut Butter, 1 Cup of Confectioners Sugar, Salt, and Butter in a mixing bowl with a spoon.

Next take the other 1/2 cup of Confectioners Sugar and put it into a separate bowl adding 3 to 4 Tablespoons of water stirring it until it becomes a thin icing. Leave the spoon.
Then like an assembly line, take a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon measuring spoon and scoop out a portion to be rolled into a ball.
Next, place the ball into the icing and completely cover it.

Then, place the ball into the Graham Crackers and completely cover it in crumbs. Finally transfer this over to parchment paper and once all the Peanut Butter Balls are made, place the container in the fridge to set the balls.
I have been making these for quite a few years now, but according to my daughter this batch of Peanut Butter Balls were better. I am going to give credit to the butter and if you want to learn more visit trulygrassfed.com.
