Thanks to Better Bowls, I was sent free Vanilla Instant Pudding to try and review with my family here on Frugal and Fun Mom.

They also have sugar free products available. Source Better Bowls website.
Better Bowls Vanilla Instant Pudding has only 150 calories per serving and is 100% Natural and Gluten-Free. It has 12% of the daily recommended amount of Fiber, and also contains Protein, Calcium, and Potassium. To make the pudding, simply add 2 cups of Vitamin A&D Fat Free Milk, mix, and refrigerate for about five minutes.
I decided to put this up to my son’s taste test, since he is the big pudding eater in our household. The mix preparation was easy and fast, and I added some strawberries. FYI, I used 1% milk, since that is what I had on hand. Well, it was obvious that he liked it because he emptied the bowl and wanted more. He also wanted it in his lunch the next day. I asked him why he liked it, and he said it was sweet and he liked the texture.
I also tasted the pudding and it was delicious. The texture was different than the usual pudding I eat, it seemed not as smooth. However, this did not take away from the taste. I’m glad there is a pudding product out there with all of these nutritional benefits.
