What's NEW on The Boston Market Lunch Menu!

My family was about to head out of town to travel to Asheville, NC and I had been busy packing and preparing for our upcoming road trip.

I needed to take a break and grab something to eat, so I headed over to the drive thru to check out the Boston Market Lunch Menu.

Now I already thought that the folks at Boston Market were Rotisserie Experts because their chicken has such an amazing flavor.

There have also been times that they have saved me during a busy school week with their family meals. (I heard no complaints from the kids.)

However, I was excited to see that Boston Market has put flavorful gourmet meals on their menu at lunch time.

I am especially loving their Chicken Avocado Club and after adding on a drink and a side, I paired it with their Cucumber and Tomato side salad and a sweet tea.

The Chicken Avocado Club features a ciabatta bun with Bacon, Avocado, Cheddar Cheese, Red Onions, and a Herb Mayonnaise.

This sandwich tastes so fresh and since I am a fan of both bacon and avocado, I was enjoying the combination.

In addition to the club, I also ordered a Chicken Salad on a multigrain roll to bring home to sample for future reference.

As a self proclaimed connoisseur of Chicken Salad, it met my standards with moist pieces of meat, nice size cuts of celery, and an all around great flavor.

I also added a Caesar Salad for Hubby to my order, and he said thathe enjoyed it. (The manager recommended upgrading it to a Chicken Caesar Salad and the chicken was YUMMY).
