Between weekly commitments, cleaning, and trying to work out on a regular basis, I haven’t been able to grab that second cup of coffee as often as I would like. Well no good Cup of Joe should go to waste, and I definitely miss it as the day goes on. Because of this, I was inspired to freeze my leftovers and turn them into a Frozen Vanilla Coffee Recipe.
This is a delicious way to mix up the daily routine, plus I can take it on the go via a tumbler!
Now to be ready to make this delicious beverage, I first needed to visit my local Publix and pick up a few groceries. I immediately headed over to the breakfast area where I found a wide selection of Folgers® Coffee.
I went ahead and picked up a container of Folgers® Coffeehouse Blend in the 10.3 oz. size. I then walked over to the dairy area for milk and whipped cream as well as the freezer section to finish up with a half gallon of vanilla ice cream.
Look for Folgers Coffeehouse Blend (Medium-Dark Roast) Large Can (25.4 oz.) OR Small Can (10.3 oz.) at Publix, and be sure to grab this $1.00 off any Folgers® Coffee Product (excluding Instant) to save on your next purchase.
So after I made a pot of coffee based on the instructions on the Folgers Coffeehouse Blend, I grabbed myself a pleasantly rich cup with bold flavors.
I then took the remaining warm beverage and poured it into an ice cube tray to be frozen.
After a few hours it was ready to be incorporated into my Frozen Vanilla Coffee. If you would like to recreate this recipe, details are below:
Frozen Vanilla Coffee Recipe ( Serves 1)
