I have used it for fresh and frozen veggies, and both have yielded great results.
How To Use Nuby’s Garden Fresh Steam n’ Mash Bowl:
1. Put Veggies in Basket
2. Add Water
3. Microwave with Top (2-3 minutes or fork tender)
4. Move Veggies to Bowl
5. Hand Mash
In just a few minutes I have been able to provide my baby with a fresh preservative free meal. This product makes me feel good about what I am feeding my child, and in turn he is a happy and full little guy.
