Thanks to Kohl’s, I was sent a Gift Card to shop their Winter Collection and Dress Up My Holidays. As you can tell I put the items to good use, and all opinions expressed are that of my own.
This year, I am trying to make things a bit simpler when it comes to entertaining over the holidays. Kohl’s is making this easier by creating elegant looks with minimal pieces and less effort.
I actually put this to work in my own home, and the first festive look I created was on my dining room table. I did this by putting a Chesapeake Bay Candle 4” x 8” Cinnamon Frosting Pillar Candle inside of a Food Network Serving Bowl I found only in store (there is also a Food Network Round Serving Bowl).
Then I placed a Food Network Winter Crossing Table Runner on the table followed by a Food Network Poinsettia Pressed Vinyl Placemat.
Of course everything was on sale with some items 50% off or more and paired with a 15% off online Kohl’s coupon, I got these at a great discount.
My next look was created for Thanksgiving. I did this when I wore my new Apt. 9 Embellished Raglan Sweater. FYI, it is so comfy and adds a little dressy to an otherwise casual look.
This 3/4 length top comes in 5 colors including Black, Smoke Gray, Light Gray, Sawdust Heather, and Burgundy.
I completed the outfit with a pair of dark skinny jeans, black flats, and earrings (Similar to these Vera Wang Earrings) I had bought on clearance during an earlier shopping trip.
The Apt. 9 Embellished Raglan Sweater retails for $50.00, and I was able to pick it up on sale for $24.99.

What is your favorite brand to shop at Kohl’s? Which items would you love to add to your current wardrobe or holiday decorating?
On my shopping trip, I also purchased a new French White Casserole Dish from Corningware. I am looking forward to dressing up my Sweet Potato Recipe and serving it this Sunday to family.
