Thank you to American Certified for providing my son with this fun K’nex Set to play with. Opinions expressed are that of my own.

K'nex 70 Model Kit

If you have a child that is into building and have not discovered K’NEX products yet, then now is the time.

My son is big into creating toys and he could not wait to dive into this 70 Model Building Set to start constructing buildings, flying objects, and automobiles. He actually even went online to find blueprints on how to make more structures.

K’NEX is actually one of the hot toy items that can be purchased from the American Certified gift collection for the 2014 Holiday Season.

According to American Certified‘s website, they offer the largest selection of American-made goods in the world with the same great Amazon.com prices and delivery. They provide a simple way for consumers to know where their products come from and where their money goes.

The first item my son constructed out of this 705 piece set was a glider. It took him about a day to make it, and he thought it was cool that he also created a man to go on it.

The next item he built was a pickup truck, and this time it took him maybe a couple of hours.

I asked him why he liked this set and his answer was, “I like this set because I can build and then play with what I made”. As a Mom, I like that it is keeping him busy.

This definitely gave me great Christmas gift ideas for my son.

That is awesome! I need to get one of these for my little boy. I love that there are so many different things that they are able to make with this set.

This would be a wonderful set to keep in my classroom!! Some of my students get so fidgety when we're listening to a story or working in groups. This would help keep their hands occupied while still allowing them to listen.

We find K'Nex to be so much more versatile when you're building something from scratch. We must have 50 pounds worth!
