Thanks to MoonScoop, I was given a copy of Chloe’s Closet Super Best Friends DVD for review. Opinions expressed in this post are that of my own.
Recently, I was given a copy of Chloe’s Closet Super Best Friends DVD to review with my children. Chloe’s Closet is a half-hour animated series that airs on Sprout.
I had actually never heard of this show before, so when I went to look up a video my daughter crawled up into my lap and said “I want to watch that!”. It only makes sense though, ‘Chloe,’ is a a four-year-old girl who embarks on magical adventures in her closet with her friends and toys during dress-up time.
The kids watched the DVD episodes while I was cooking dinner and cleaning, and the house was very quiet. I watched them as well, and the episodes are cute with Chloe using her imagination to become different people. In one episode she is a super hero who fights APE hiccups, and in another she is a Doctor who heals toys.
FYI, later it was revealed to me that my son had seen the series before, with a “Oh yeah, this is on Sprout!”.

A very quiet house.
I asked my kids what they thought about this DVD and my son said he liked it because the characters become pirates, cowboys, and train conductors. My daughter said she liked it because they go on adventures. I liked it because my house was quiet, and my kids were distracted for 60 minutes.
This DVD was recently recognized as good quality programming as a recipient of a Parents’ Choice Award by the widely recognized U.S. based Parents Choice Foundation. To learn more about Chloe’s Closet series, visit their page on Facebook at facebook.com/ ChloesClosetTVshow.
