Thanks to Dole, my kids and I were sent a sample packet of Dole Real Fruit Bites to try and review here on Frugal and Fun Mom.
Dole Real Fruit Bites are just 80-90 calories and contain Vitamin C. They are made with whole grain oats, yogurt, and dried fruit chunks. And, they come in 3 flavors including Apple, Mango, and Pineapple.
We tried the Apple Chunks flavor, and my son’s comments about the product were, “They have good fruit” and “I like what they look like”.
I like the convenient packaging and the easy access to a low calorie snack. I actually gave my son a package to have right before church since he was hungry, and would be having breakfast afterward.
