I mentioned that I was making this side for dinner last night on my Facebook Page and one of my page readers asked if I had a recipe for it. Check out how I make this Parmesan Broccoli Recipe!
It is really simple to make and it just adds a little different taste to the broccoli. I paired this last night with Salmon and Red Potatoes and it was delicious!
I try not to use salt if at all possible, so you may need to salt this to your particular taste.
Parmesan Broccoli Recipe:
3 cups of Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 tbsp of Olive oil
1 tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
Add salt if needed.
I basically throw all the ingredients into a non stick frying pan and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
I wait till the cheese starts to brown, and that is it. Extremely simple to prepare and the best part is my kids gobble it up!
