You have to know that I am still in shock from this, and my body is still in pain, but “No Pain No Gain!” Right?
Thanks to Quaker, I was given the opportunity to work out with Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser at this years BlogHer’11 event.
We stretched, we moved, and we burned calories. We also had a bunch of laughs. I learned how out of shape I am and apparently I will be starting aerobics next week once I recover.
After the workout, there was a question and answer session and it also included a breakfast where they served Quaker Oatmeal and Oatmeal Squares Cereal among other great items.
