The Bagel Thins I tried were the Everything Bagel Thins, and they were delicious. I had them for breakfast with cream cheese and I also used them to make a Turkey Sandwich.
I like the portions of these bagels because I am trying to reduce the amount of calories I am consuming to help me lose weight, and at 100 Calories, I don’t feel guilty about eating a whole bagel.
