Recently I inquired with Wholesale Costume Club to see if they would be interested in At Home Moma participating in their blogger review program.
Through some correspondence it was decided that I would review a costume from their Toddler Girls Line and since my little one is into princesses and fairies, I chose the The Plum Pixie Costume to review.
The Plum Pixie Costume is a mix of various purple chiffons, and velour, paired with whimsical wings, a head piece, and a magic wand. The head piece is lined with artificial flowers and ribbons, that stream down the child’s back. The wings are purple and decorated with glitter. The wand is embellished with beading, ribbons, and a golden butterfly.
The costume is lightweight, and since Halloween is right around the corner, this is great for Trick or Treating. This would also make an appropriate outfit for every day imaginative play. My daughter had fun putting it on and playing in it. She keeps calling it a tutu.
The Plum Pixie Costume retails at $21.98 for non club members and $19.96 for club members.
The costume I received was slightly different than what was pictured on line, since there were no flowers around the top of the costume or at the bottom on each side. However, it still looks nice and I think I would prefer it without the flowers anyway.
