I was provided complimentary accommodations and free access to certain locations for the Snowy Holiday Experience Kissimmee Event.
I have now arrived at day 4 and my final posting about “Things To Do Around The Holidays in Kissimmee Florida” for the #SnowyHoliday event.
Reliving the Holiday and Christmas Experiences in Kissimmee Florida has been so much fun, and my daughter and I are so thankful to the group at Experience Kissimmee for allowing us to be a part of this awesome opportunity.
Our final day was a little bit different from the first 3, and I would define it more as a break away from the typical seasonal activities.
Initially we were scheduled to visit the Boggy Creek Airboat Rides, but we made a slight adjustment due to uncooperative weather and started the morning off at the Fun Spot in Kissimmee. It just goes to show that there is truly so much to do in the area.
Now this would actually be my daughter’s and my second visit and to explain just how fun this place is, when my oldest found out that we went, he got pretty jealous.
However, I did promise to take him back on a special trip.
When we arrived at the attraction, we first checked out the Arcade area. There they have a plenty of games, and even have a place to order food.
From there we had an introduction session from a Fun Spot representative and then headed over to check out the SkyCoaster.
This ride is actually the TALLEST of its kind, standing a total of 300 feet!
Little Miss and I thought it best to observe this from the sidelines, but we did enjoy watching our friends fly through the air.
Next stop was the Multi-level Go Karts. My daughter is 6 and just to the point where she is really starting to enjoy things like this.
Since she is not quite tall enough I got to be her “race car” chauffeur. Next time we go back, I’m sure she will be wanting to do it all on her own.
A special thank you to Melissa at jonahbonah for catching these awesome photos of us together. Be sure to also check out her post about Fun Spot America in Kissimmee, FL {Lives up to It’s Name} to see a first hand account of riding the SkyCoaster.

After we finished the Go Karts, we took a brief detour and rode the Bumper Kars together. Then, we took a stroll over towards the parks Kiddie Rides.
At that point, my daughter rode the carousel, a convoy, and went down the Fun Slide multiple times.
She really had a blast, and I enjoyed watching her have a great time.

Now before we made the trip to Kissimmee, I had told my daughter (if time allowed) we would make a trip to the NEW American Girl Doll Store in Orlando at the Florida Mall.
Well it just so happens that we had some extra time, so we hit the interstate to go check it out.
I have to admit that American Girl Dolls are still something relatively new to me since I did not play with them when I was a little girl. My son’s teacher was actually the first person to introduce us to the books when she sent him home with a story about a girl named Josefina.
We gave my daughter a Doll last year for her birthday, and since then we have been getting more in more into the history behind the collections and the accessories.
So to best describe the store, I would just say that it is an experience within itself. As soon as we arrived, we immediately spotted Josefina and had to grab a photo opportunity.
Obviously, you can purchase a new doll, outfits, or accessories on site, but there is also a cafe (by appointment only) where your family can eat with your child’s doll. There is also a hair salon with numerous styles to choose from (applicable charge as well) along with the option to even pierce the doll’s ears.
We decided to get my daughter’s doll’s hair done (since it really needed it), and I also bought a new top along with a Dalmatian dog. As you can see by the grin on her face, she was absolutely thrilled to be there. This really put the cherry on top of her Snowy Holiday!
