Packing Beauty Essentials for a Summer Road Trip

Summer vacation is here which means lots of traveling and changes to my beauty routine!

Just like last year, the kiddos and I are planning a Road Trip to Orlando. There, we will be hanging out at the pool, visiting with family and friends, and exploring one of our favorite area Theme Parks.

Summer Vacation Road Trip Photo

We will be vacationing for over a week, so it is important to pack for the long haul. This includes bringing along beauty products to ready myself for shorts, tanks, and lots of sunshine.

Now before we head out on this next adventure, it is necessary to shop for a few essentials, plus I put together a Checklist so I won’t leave what I need behind.

Shopping for Beauty Products at Costco

To prepare, my family took a short Road Trip over to Costco and I was able to pick up P&G beauty products like Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream, Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid, and a Gillette Venus Spa Razor.

Located in the Health and Beauty Department, these multi packs will keep me stocked up with Beauty Essentials.Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting

Along with sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses, Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream will get me ready to hang out in the Florida Sun.

With SPF 30 and an anti-aging formula, I will look refreshed and be protected against UVA/UVB Rays throughout the day.

Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid

Between looking after 3 kids and hanging out in the heat, a good antiperspirant and deodorant is must.

I have used Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid in the past and it is extremely effective and goes on dry and stays dry.

Venus Spa Razor

Did I mention those shorts and tanks? Well that isn’t happening unless I have a good shave.

The Gillette Venus Spa Razor at Costco comes with a total of 12 cartridges and lathers for 1 step lush smoothness. Plus just in case we go out, I’ll be ready for a dress.

Beauty Essentials for Summer Vacation from Costco

What’s your best summer beauty tip? Visit the Costco Health and Beauty Department to see your favorite brands.

Plus, Vocalpoint is pairing up with P&G and Costco to give away 25 Summer Beauty Boxes ($150). Simply share your best summer beauty tips on Twitter or Instagram using #CostcoSummerBeauty for a chance to win through July 15.

Road Trip Beauty Checklist for Vacation

In addition, I included my Road Trip Beauty Checklist in a printable form if you need some ideas. I even added a couple extra lines just case I thought of something else.

I hope you find my “Packing Beauty Essentials for a Summer Road Trip” helpful, and have a great time on your next family adventure. Be sure to also visit Costco on Facebook and Instagram @Costco for additional everyday solutions!

My tip is make your own leave in hair conditioner! I use a small spray bottle and add 1 capfull of conditioner and 3 capfulls of water. I shake it up and spray it on my hair. My hair gets so dry from all the swimming in the summer, and this is so easy to do on vacation too with the sample bottles they leave!

It might not seem like an obvious beauty tip but it's super important! Don’t get so caught up in rushing from one fun summer activity to the next that you don’t take time to relax. If you are always on the go and in a hurry that will start to stress your body out, you won’t eat or hydrate right and that can do way more damage than any cream can undo!
