A special thank you goes out to Fox Home Ent Insiders for providing my family with a party kit as well as a The Peanuts Movie Limited Edition DVD Gift Set to host a Family Movie Night! Opinions expressed as well as the Paw Print Cookies are mine alone.
We recently watched The Peanuts Movie and not only was it a great film, but we got to Party in advance with fun printables, party supplies, as well as easy Snoopy Paw Print Cookies.
Thanks to a generous package from Fox Home Ent Insiders we received Peanuts Gang themed products like T-Shirts, Candy, Figurines, Games, as well as crackers and other fun assorted items. Plus, there was All Detergent to help me clean up after our event.
Let me just say first, that The Peanuts Movie definitely sticks with the original ideas and personalities of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the gang. They truly honored the original works of Charles Schulz.
If you are looking for a great family movie, I highly recommend this since it has a wonderful story and great themes for kids.
Now back to the party kit, my kids thought this was the coolest package, and my little guy was ready to jump in and start opening everything up.
However, we paced ourselves and first started with the figurines. Of course, he immediately went to playing with the characters.
After dinner, the kiddos were ready to party. They put on their Charlie Brown Shirts as well as Snoopy Aviator Hats and we then started the show with a side of popcorn and PEZ.
In addition to all the goodies we received, I made a festive Art Supply Holder to go along with these FREE Charlie Brown Printables: Lucy’s Life Advice, Spot The Scouts, and Flying Ace Race. (Simply download and print on the 8×10 option).
To make the holder, I first started with an empty green bean can.
I first washed it, removed the label, and then glued a yellow piece of construction paper measured to fit to the outside.
In order to make the Chevron Stripe, I first cut out a V shape template. From there, I overlapped the V and traced the pattern with the pencil on black construction paper.
I then cut it out and glued it on making any cuts where needed.
My daughter and I also put together Snoopy Paw Print Cookies. This was so easy since I made Sugar Cookies in advance and then used a Butter Cream Icing Packet for the frosting.
After the butter cream icing hardened on the cookies, we used Black Decorating Icing with a #12 Betty Crocker Decorating Tip to form small and large circles. Tip: Use the back of a spoon to smooth out any imperfections.
As I continued with the refreshments for The Peanuts Movie, I also created juice box wraps for our beverages.
Since I wanted something that would fit on boxes and pouches, I ended up creating 2 printables and included them in this post for your convenience.

Charlie Brown and Snoopy Printable Juice Box Wraps for a Peanuts Party (4 to a page) or Charlie Brown and Snoopy Printable Juice Pouch Wraps for a Peanuts Party (3 to a page).
All these nice touches made our Movie Night an event to remember, and as we watched, there were plenty of laughs, and all 3 of my kids had huge smiles. In fact when it was over, my 10 year old said to me,”That was a really GOOD movie”.
