Halloween Trail Mix

Are you are looking for a fun and easy Halloween Trail Mix to make for your kids? Here is a recipe that I put together that would be a simple after school snack or a festive treat for the holiday!

I look forward to making this again for upcoming Halloween night celebrations!

Ingredients for Halloween Trail Mix

To recreate the Halloween Trail Mix With Candy Eyeballs, you will need the following:

2 Cups of Pretzels

1 Cup of Candy Corn

1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows

1/2 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup of Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts

1 Package of Candy Eyeballs (I used the Wilton .88oz container)

Halloween Trail Mix with Spider Decoration

Directions:

Combine the Pretzels, Candy Corn, Mini Marshmallows, Mini Chocolate Chips, and Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts. Then pour the eyeballs on top turning a good amount over so the kiddos can see them looking up at them. I even added a fake spider (from the Dollar Tree) to my bowl for decoration and for a fun Halloween effect.

I would say that this serves 8-10  based on 1/2 Cup portions.

Halloween Trail Mix with Eyeballs

Do you make a Halloween Trail Mix?  What ingredients do you use?

I hope you enjoy my Halloween Trail Mix With Candy Eyeballs recipe, and Happy Halloween!

Eyeballs are a must! I've never made my own trail mix. It's so easy and fun so I'm not sure why.

I've never made a Halloween trail mix, but if I added that spider, my daughter wouldn't stop screaming. It looks yummy though.

Kids would love this. I love the candy eyeballs. They add more spookiness to the mix. I'd put in more nuts if I'd make this at home.

I do make trail mix but never considered to make it with Halloween theme. I think I would toss in candy corn, and I like the eye balls idea. I might just do a Halloween trail mix this year for Bella and her friends.
