Have a busy lifestyle and wanting to have entertaining items on hand to be ready for get togethers, or unexpected guests?
With all of the activities that come with Christmas and New Year’s, I am happy to use short cuts when it comes to holiday entertaining.
One of the ways I have accomplished this is through shopping at Sam’s Club for platter items, beverages like Simply Orange® to make a Fruit Punch, as well as picking up desserts for my family.
Now a recent example of this was when I was on a supplies run for Thanksgiving. My contribution to the main meal were items for a meat and cheese tray.
In addition, I picked up products at Sam’s Club that reminded me of the season like juices, pumpkin pie, as well as a package of sweets AKA Member’s Mark Milk Chocolate Covered Almonds.
To finish my trip, I added a 2 pack of Simply Orange® as well as packages of lemon lime soda and extra juices to my cart to have on hand for upcoming celebrations.
I am happy to report that the gourmet meats and cheeses were delicious, and the plentiful Pumpkin Pie was enjoyed by all who consumed it.
After we recuperated from Turkey Day, I also decided to make a huge batch of punch to drink while we decorated for Christmas.
The kiddos could not get enough of it over the next few days, and if you would like to recreate the recipe details are below.
Fruit Punch Recipe
Creates 24 servings
6 Cups of Simply Orange®
6 Cups of Simply Cranberry Cocktail®
6 Cups of Simply Apple®
6 Cups of Lemon Lime Soda
Optional: 1 Orange and 1 Apple
Tip: Each item in this recipe is added in equal parts, so you can reduce it down or increase it depending upon the size of your crowd.
Directions:
Before preparing, be sure to have refrigerated all of the beverages in advance. Then, in a large container combine all of the juices and stir. (I would suggest a punch bowl or large beverage dispenser.)
Next, thinly slice the fruits, remove the seeds, and add these to your container. Be sure to stir the fruit into the punch to help preserve the color. Finally, serve immediately and keep any leftovers refrigerated.
Thankfully the beverages are multi-packed so I am ready for the next round. This works out great since I already have a request from the kids to make the Fruit Punch again.
Not to mention, I was happy to have plenty of the Milk Chocolate Covered Almonds to take to a Holiday Mom’s Night Out Party.

I hope this Fruit Punch Recipe is enjoyed by your family and makes your entertaining a bit easier as well.
