BAD MOMS Is now out on DIGITAL HD, BLU-RAY ™ & DVD!
To celebrate is hilarious movie, I hosted a Bad Moms Night In with a group of AWESOME Moms as well as made each of them Pamper Pack Gift Bags (keep reading below for details on how to make this fun DIY).
Now I happened to have already seen this in theatres along with a friend, and we laughed so hard and could definitely relate to many of the scenes in the film.
So, when I found out I could share this comedy with a fun group of ladies, I was ready to screen this film, eat good food, and relax as well as chat with great friends.
Also check out this post on how to make after school easier for your kids and you!
To get started with my Bad Moms Night In , I was sent a party package with themed merchandise.
This included Featured Partner Icelandic Glacial Water, ear plugs, glasses, Nail Snaps, Sarcastic Mommy Coloring Books, as well as the Bad Moms Blu-ray/ DVD!
In addition, I went shopping at the store to pick up easy party foods like veggies and dip, chocolate and pumpkin cake, and ingredients to make Chicken Salad Sandwiches and Greek Pasta Salad.
I also bought beverages for the evening to make Apple Cider and Cranberry Mimosas.
Party attendees brought along some desserts, wine, and Dragonberry Mojitos.
(FYI, the Mojitos and the Cranberry Mimosa’s were a hit and I made Cranberry and Sierra Mist for the pregnant Momma)
After everyone arrived, got acquainted, and received their pamper packs, we filled our plates, our cups, and sat back and relaxed.
This group of ladies got along so well and immediately clicked, this Bad Moms Night In was such a great way to socialize with MOMS just like ourselves.
Official Release about Bad Moms:
Bad Moms is a hilarious and heartfelt comedy from the writing duo behind The Hangover. It follows Amy (Mila Kunis) who has a seemingly perfect life – a great marriage, over-achieving kids, beautiful home and a career. However, she is over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she’s about to snap.
Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms (Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn) on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom- like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence – putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn (Christina Applegate) and her clique of devoted perfect moms (Jada Pinkett Smith and Annie Mumolo).
Bad Moms was written and directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore (The Hangover, Four Christmases) and produced by Suzanne Todd, (Alice Through The Looking Glass) and Bill Block (Dirty Grandpa). The film is Rated R, runs for 1 hour and 41 minutes, and you can BUY IT HERE.
The BLU-RAY TM , DVD AND DIGITAL HD, BONUS FEATURES include:
- Deleted Scenes
- Gag Reel
- Cast & Moms Interviews: A collection of intimate moments between the leading cast including Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate, Jada Pinkett Smith and Annie Mumolo and their moms.
Want to recreate these Pamper Packs for your next girls night?
These goodies would make a great addition to a shower, bachelorette party, or even easy Coworker or Teacher’s Gifts, details below:
What you will need:
Package of Colorful Paper Bags
Nail Polish
Manicure Kit
Candle
Black Permanent Marker
(Tip, most of these items can be found at the Dollar Tree, I made 8 of these for less than $27.)
Directions:
First remove all of the items from their packaging except the manicure kits, I thought they looked more elegant and personal this way.
Then write Pamper Packs at a slant on the outside of the bags, I also added a little heart it give it flare.
To finish, add each item to the bags and fold over the top. These bags were that easy to make and ready to be used by a Mom or friend who needs a little pampering.
Tip: For a holiday Gift for Teachers or Coworkers, consider attaching a Coffee Shop Gift Card to the outside.
