My family happened to be on vacation in June when the NEW Disney Channel Original Movie Adventures In Babysitting appeared on TV. However thanks to their generosity, my family was given a copy of the DVD to check out.
Now my kiddos got a chance to watch this without me and then again alongside me, so needless to say they were self proclaimed experts on the film.
Because of this, I decided to go to my 3 little film critics and ask them what their favorite parts of this rebooted movie were. Here are their answers:
- We liked when Jenny Parker AKA Sabrina Carpenter was singing her own song “Wild Side” in the car.
- A FUNNY part was how SLOW Jenny Parker was driving in the parents car.
- In Disney Adventures In Babysitting it was really cool when they got away from the bad guys by gliding along the Dry Cleaner line.
- We thought the Rap Scene between the Babysitters was AWESOME.
- It was neat when Bobby Anderson takes over the kitchen, taste tests ingredients, and creates a dessert for the parent’s event.
About The Film:
Disney Adventures In Babysitting unfolds when Jenny Parker (Sabrina Carpenter) and Lola Perez (Sofia Carson), two teen girls with distinctly different personalities, each interview for a coveted photography internship and accidentally swap phones. When the Anderson family calls Jenny’s phone looking for a last-minute babysitter, audacious Lola, in need of some extra cash, picks up and nominates herself. Meanwhile, dependable Jenny is already set to babysit the Cooper family for the evening.
Unfortunately, Lola’s first attempt at babysitting takes an unforeseen turn when one of the Anderson kids sneaks out to go to a concert. Jenny, determined to protect her reputation, and Lola with the remaining kids in tow, head out and have the adventure of a lifetime during one magical night in the big city.
