Looking for a quick weeknight dinner to prepare at home?
This week I happen to be heading out-of-town, and wanted to make meal preparation a little simpler. To make this happen, I decided to take advantage of a Hamburger Helper recipes and their delicious and easy Stroganoff.
Since I was doing laundry, packing, and finalizing the details for my trip, I needed a short cut.
Hamburger Helper offers simple prep and cost-effective meals that fit into this Frugal Mom’s Budget.
As a bonus, there is also a special offer from Hamburger Helper!
Just to show how quick and simple it was to make the Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff recipe, to get started I first browned the meat.
Next, I added in the box ingredients (sauce and noodles), milk, and water, and brought it all to a boil. Then I moved it to a lower setting to simmer, and after around 10 minutes it was ready to serve.
In addition while the Stroganoff cooked, I had Corn on the Cob boiling as a side. They were a great compliment to one another.
Needless to say, it was a delicious meal that my family of 5 gobbled up. FYI, there were no leftovers.
