After browsing the FREE e-book, one of the dishes that really caught my attention is the Stuffing Muffins. I love the idea of a compact side, and I know my kids would like it since it is just their size. Produce for Kids paired this with a Balsamic Chicken and it sounds amazing!
The holidays aren’t complete without some sweets, and the dessert I want to try from the collection is the Cranberry Apple Crisp. I think this would be perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I also like that it has plenty of fruit with oats and nuts.
Are you looking to add more fruit and vegetables to your Dinners? How do you make your recipes healthier for the Holidays?

I am looking forward having my kids help me in the kitchen with these recipes and sharing healthier options with my family.
